JD's Signature Keynote:
Eliminate "Career Fear" Through Design Thinking
One of the biggest stressors for students is the uncertainty and pressure around living a "good life" after graduation. JD confronts this stressor by introducing students to the concept of design thinking, a five-step framework that teaches students patience, confidence, and creativity as they navigate their careers. His signature keynote outlines the framework while weaving in themes like imposter syndrome, mental health, and navigating personal relationships in pursuit of students' ideal careers. Students come away thinking about the problems they want to solve in the world, the skills they need to solve those problems, and fulfilling opportunities to put those skills to work.

Frozen to Fearless: Strategies for More Confident & Effective Public Speaking
*Most Popular Offering*
Have you ever wondered how some of the best public speakers can stand on a stage in front of hundreds - some even thousands - of people and move them with their words? This inspiring workshop teaches students how to be more confident, tell better stories, and thrive in a variety of speaking situations, from interviews and social mixers to the big stage. They'll learn tips from Jordan’s 7+ years of experience as an international speaker who's spoken to audiences ranging from 30 to 13,000 people!
Eliminate Career Fear: Design Your Life After Graduation
Students turn into design thinkers and apply the principles of Jordan's signature keynote in a collaborative, hands-on workshop session. They'll have a chance to reflect on their academic and professional journey, set career goals, and identify opportunities to prototype/"try out" their careers through high-impact practices, all in a 45-60-minute session!
Rest is Resistance: Develop Rituals for Mental and Physical Wellbeing
In this workshop - inspired by the work of Tricia Hersey and The Nap Ministry - Jordan unpacks how students can combat sleep deprivation, loneliness and prolonged stress by seeing rest as a form of resistance to grind culture. Students will gain applicable tools that can help them achieve better school-life balance and healthier relationships.
